Refund Policy
1. 30-day money-back guarantee (one-time purchases)
If a playbook you bought isn’t what you hoped for, email [FOUNDER: contact email] within 30 days of purchase with the email address you bought with (your Polar order id helps but isn’t required). We’ll refund the full amount — no questionnaire, no hoops. Refunds are issued by Polar (the merchant of record) to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. The guarantee exists so you can evaluate a playbook risk-free, and refunds are subject to the fair-use conditions in section 4 below.
2. Subscriptions
You can cancel All-Access at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial periods, but if a renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it.
3. EU/EEA right of withdrawal for digital content
EU consumer law grants a 14-day right of withdrawal, which for digital content ends early once performance begins with your consent. By purchasing and immediately accessing playbook content, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right lapses at that point (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). Our voluntary 30-day guarantee above is broader than the statutory right, so in practice you are always covered for at least 30 days.
4. Fair use of the guarantee
The guarantee is for evaluation, not for keeping the product and the money. Genuine evaluation — reading a playbook in the app, exploring its structure, trying it on a project — is always refund-safe. We may decline a refund where a playbook has been substantially consumed before the request: for example, if you have exported the playbook, downloaded its resource files, started more than one project from it, or completed more than half of a project based on it. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds to accounts with repeated purchase-and-refund patterns. Each request is reviewed by a human, and if we decline one we’ll tell you why.
