Pricing FAQ
- Can I buy right now?
- Not yet — checkout has not opened. You can create a free account today and start on the free playbook; paid plans switch on when checkout ships. We are not promising a date.
- What does “lifetime v1.x updates” actually mean?
- Every minor release of the playbook you bought — v1.1, v1.2, and so on — is yours forever, with no renewal. Updates are never forced on you: your project keeps your notes, statuses, and edits, and you pull each changed section in when you want it. A future major edition (v2) would be a separate, optional purchase, not a required one.
- What happens to my projects if I cancel All-Access?
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for; partial periods are not prorated. Anything you bought one-time keeps working regardless — that is the point of the one-time SKU.
- How does the money-back guarantee work?
- Email us within 30 days of a one-time purchase and we refund the full amount — no questionnaire. Refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. The guarantee is for evaluation, so we may decline it where a playbook has clearly been consumed first (exported, resource files downloaded, more than one project started from it, or more than half a project completed). Every request is reviewed by a human, and if we decline one we say why. Full conditions: refund policy.
- What about VAT and sales tax?
- VAT is handled at checkout where applicable — Polar acts as merchant of record for the sale.
